From Sacramento and the Bay Area:

Take Highway 80 East into Reno, and take a turn south on Highway 395/580. Follow Highway 395/580 for approximately 30 miles, until you see the sign “Welcome to Carson City, Nevada’s Capital.”

From Reno International Airport:

Air travel is convenient with daily direct flights from major hubs into Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The airport, located approximately 30 miles from Carson City, is free from the hassles of big city airports.

From Los Angeles:

Turn right to merge onto US-101 N toward I-110 N. Keep left to continue on CA-170 N/Hollywood Fwy, follow signs for Sacramento. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Interstate 5 N/Sacramento and merge onto I-5 N. Take the State Route 14 N/Antelope Valley Freeway exit toward Palmdale/Lancaster. Merge onto CA-14 N. Turn right onto CA-14 N/Aerospace Hwy/Midland Trail. Continue to follow CA-14 N/Aerospace Hwy. Continue onto US-395 N. Turn right to stay on US-395 N. Turn left onto CA-168 W/US-395 N. Continue to follow US-395 N. Entering Nevada. Continue onto S. Carson St.

From Carson City Airport:

From the terminal building turn right on to E. College Parkway.  At Carson Street turn left.

Bus Travel from Reno:
