Pink Elephant Kitchen offers Thai staples such as curries, rice plates and noodle plates, made from scratch in a home-like environment.

Their popular items include Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Khao Soi (a rice noodle, homemade curry soup) and more.

Pink Elephant serves up food made only from scratch, using organic ingredients whenever possible, without the use of MSG or preservatives.

In addition to serving food in the restaurant, Pink Elephant also serves frozen to-go curries for use at home, all made from scratch, without dairy, gluten or soy.

“We also do not use peanuts at Pink Elephant, so everyone can enjoy our food,” said Harthano. Any recipe that traditionally uses peanuts is substituted with almonds.

All of the curries can be made vegan or gluten-free as well, which Harthano says is difficult in many Thai food places since many curries traditionally use shrimp paste.

Pink Elephant Kitchen is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
