Once you’ve made your choice, grab a coffee and browse the shops in the mall. Schat’s bakes more than a dozen types of bread daily, including ciabatta, seven-grain, and Sheepherder. For lunch, build your own sandwich with your favorite ingredients, then pick up a loaf to take home.
