Experience the magic of Shakespeare this spring when the Proscenium Players Inc. present A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Written in the early 1600s, the play is one of The Bard’s most popular and is performed world-wide.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream is a romantic comedy about four young lovers and a group of friends who through various twists and turns find themselves in the magical world of fairies. The story takes place over the course of one night with the lovers falling in and out of love with each other because of the mischievous meddling of the fairy king and queen.

The performances take place in the intimate Maizie Theater at the Brewery Arts Center.

Launched in 1965, The Proscenium Players Inc. is Carson City’s oldest theater group and the 2nd oldest in the state.

Performances take place May 12th, 13th, 19th and 20th at 7:00PM, and May 14th and 21st at 2:00PM. Tickets are $25.00 and can be purchased at www.carsontheater.com or www.breweryarts.org.
