Founded in 1975, the Brewery Arts Center (BAC) is one of Greater Tahoe/Reno’s most active cultural centers. Located in the historic district in the foothills of Carson City, the BAC hosts more than 100 events each year in multiple facilities. Events include theater productions, concerts, art classes, kids programs, recitals and receptions.
1864 Grand Ballroom
This 1,512 sq. ft. venue has a capacity for approximately 100 people. With a five-channel sound system and audio-visual projection system, adding a multimedia presentation or music to your event is easy.
Performance Hall
The Performance Hall provides audiences in Carson City the ability to enjoy various artistic and musical productions in an elegant fusion of historic and modern architecture. This venue is equipped with a fully functional sound and lighting booth, lighting grid, front-of-house sound system, onstage monitor system, multimedia projection system and backstage green room. It seats 297 people.
Maizie Harris Jesse Black Box Theater
This intimate theater is perfectly suited to accommodate various types of artistic productions, demonstrations and lectures. It is equipped with a fully functional sound and lighting booth, lighting grid, front-of-house sound system and two dressing rooms. It seats 128 people on a multilevel riser system.
