August 8th is the Grand Opening for railbikes at V&T Eastgate Depot!
Explore Carson City’s newest attraction! Located at 4650 Eastgate Siding Road (take Highway 50 to Flint Road). These “Made in America” railbikes are innovative, and easy-to-pedal. Individuals, families or friend groups can easily access the breathtaking beauty of Carson River Canyon and with comfort. Seats slide easily, and the “pedal assist” motors make the 2% grade out of the canyon a cinch! People of all ages can enjoy a scenic ride through the beautiful canyon while socially distancing and getting exercise.
Railbikes will run 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., noon, and 2:00 p.m.
Excursions are $45 per person. Tickets may be purchased online at vtrailway.com. Admission includes water and a small snack for each rider. Children must be 6 years old or older and accompanied by an adult.
