Take a stroll through Nevada history while shopping for that perfect gift at the Nevada State Museum’s Christmas Past & Presents Holiday Artisan Fair, December 12-14, 2025.
More than a dozen artisans from the Reno-Tahoe region will be set up in the Dema Guinn Concourse showing off their unique, locally made goods sure to put smiles on the faces of even the hardest-to-please person on your Christmas list.
“There is no more thoughtful gift than something made with a lot of love,” said Nevada State Museum Store Manager Cayce Weislow. “These artisans love what they make and it shows in their craftsmanship.”
The experience begins Friday evening, December 12 from 5-8 p.m. Besides fabulous artisan goods to browse, visitors can also enjoy scrumptious comfort food from the CandyBurger food truck.
The holiday magic continues Saturday, December 13 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Victorian-era Santa Claus inside the Museum and CandyBurger outside! Visit and take selfies with Father Christmas while browsing the aisles of artisan wares.
Shopping wraps up on Sunday, December 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Admission each day is $10 per adult and free for members and children 17 and under. The cost includes access to all Museum galleries.
