This is the perfect pass to help you do it all and, bonus, there are options for every level athlete – from the novice hiker to the avid mountain biker. And, since we know these outdoor activities can make you work up an appetite, we’re offering plenty of incentives to experience many of the culinary delights that Carson City has to offer.
How it works
Using your mobile device, check-in at each trailhead listed in the pass and be entered to win the ultimate Carson City Weekend Getaway. Filled with attraction passes, gift cards, hotel stays, and more, this is the perfect opportunity to experience Carson City at its finest. Each trail check-in gets you an additional entry into the drawing. Drawings will take place quarterly. The first drawing will be held March 31, 2022 and the winner will be contacted by April 8, 2022.
The pass is free for locals and visitors and easily delivered by email and text. As an added incentive for signing up, Visit Carson City has discounts to local restaurants and retailers for extra rewards when you’re not on the trails.
Step 1 – Get Your Pass
The mobile exclusive passport is a collection of curated trails, restaurants and more helping you know where to explore, check-in to win prizes, and redeem deals and discounts during your visit.
Step 2 – Receive a Text Message
Your passport will instantly be delivered to your phone via text or email and is ready to use immediately. There is no app to download. Your pass can be saved to your phone’s home screen for easy one-tap access.
Step 3 – Redeem
When visiting a participating business, simply present your phone to the attendant or staff member to redeem available discounts. When exploring a trail, simply press “check-in” with your location services turned on. There are nearly 30 trails to explore – from very easy to moderately difficult and everything in between. Check in to more trails to increase your chances to win.
