Mornings in Carson City come with options: sunrise hikes, bike rides, museum strolls, fishing in the Carson River, or even a drive up to Lake Tahoe. Before you set off for any of these adventures, you’ve got to fuel up. These five breakfast and brunch spots are the go-tos for generous servings and warm welcomes in Nevada’s capital.

Eve’s Eatery

Eve’s Eatery opened in 2022 by a husband-and-wife team who wanted to create a healthier community one plate at a time. This trendy New American restaurant is led by Evelyn “Eve” Espinoza up front and Executive Chef, Francisco Espinoza, in the kitchen. They built the menu around a “from-scratch” approach—that means no microwaves or steamers and minimal frozen ingredients—so plates land fresh and flavorful.
