The Carson River Park is a beautiful area of Carson City following the scenic Carson River. Park in the parking lot to head out on the Mexican Ditch Trail which leads you to the Mexican Dam, and area easy on the eyes and fun to explore. The trail is an easy trail for all ages and is dog-friendly.
The Mexican Dam is an interesting and beautiful landmark in the river that is worth seeing. The trail maps are easily found at the trailhead.
